The purpose of this research was to describe the teachers’ pedagogic competence at Sekolah dasar Negeri 168 Pekanbaru. This conducted on July 2020. type quantitative which provided description about current condition object sampling techniques applied in a saturated sampling. samples were all teachers ekolah Pekanbaru amounted 15 teachers. Data collected through 71-items questionnaire via google form with instrument positive and negative statement four alternative answers. results concluded that reached 87.62% “Very Good” category. number core competency who scored interval 85-100 category "Very Good" 7 competency, intervals 70-84 "Good" 3 50-69 "Enough" 0, 0-49 "Less" also 0.
